Congratulations to our RHS Fighting Rams Marching Band!

The Riverton Fighting Rams Marching Band wrapped up its competition season on Halloween at Neewollah in Independence, Kansas, earning Excellent (II) ratings in both parade and field competition!
Featuring music from Little Shop of Horrors, this year’s field show brought plenty of character to the season. The band earned fifth place in their class at Valhalla preliminaries, followed by a strong showing at Kansas Bandmasters preliminaries before closing out the season at Neewollah.
I am proud of the students’ hard work, growth, and dedication throughout the season, and of the energy they brought in representing Riverton!
A special thank-you to our families and community for supporting the band throughout the season! A big shout-out to Riverton Building Supply for their generous donation in support of our students!
There’s no rest for the Rams as we prepare for Veterans Day, the Hometown and Branson holiday parades, and our Winter Concert on December 16!
