Fall/Spring Letterman Order!!

Letter Jacket/Patches Orders will be taken now through October 22. You can fill out the form online from the USD 404 website or pick up a hard copy of the form in the high school office. Orders need to be turned in to Coach Lipasek.

Please fill out the Letterman Jacket Ordering Form to the best of your ability. This is a formulated Excel sheet that will add up all costs and give you the prices for Option 1 and Option 2.
