RISE ASSEMBLY With SRO Mike Moore

Today, SRO Mike Moore held an assembly with high school students during RISE discussing topics that revolve around how young drivers should handle certain driving situations including: proper procedures in the event of an auto accident, license requirements and regulations, what to do if an automobile breaks down or a young driver is pulled over by law enforcement.
